Upgrading N784SP with GNS 430W WAAS, GTX330 with TIS and attempting to add a 696 if physically possible.  Autopilot will be repaired at this time and tied to the 430W.

Old equipment is a KLN94, KX155 bendix radio, and a Garmin GTX327 transponder.

It will be out of commission from 1/11 to 1/24.

Upgrade is complete.  Garmin GNS430W WAAS , Garmin 330 GTX transponder, and a GI-106a glide slope are installed.  A Garmin 696 is slated to be installed in 2 months.  I've also moved the primary radio to secondary so you still have the original glide slope radios and gauges as a backup to the 430W.

Traffic Information Service is now also available through the 430W.  A training DVD is available online or ask and I'll post it.  Have fun guys!

Terrain info is also available but be careful I need to update the terrain database.

Garmin 696 has now been installed along with an Airgizmos panel dock.  At the same time I added a Ikarus GPS-S roll steering module so the plane should be able to fly your flight plane and steer the plane at the way points.

But just to ensure people are aware, the only database I am going to update is the Nav Database on the 696.  I will not be touching the flight charts so that will disappear after 6 months (available right now tho due to free update).  Obsticles and Terrain maps will be updated once a year on the 696.
